Talk to a nurse before you take the journey.

You asked your doctor. They changed the subject.
That is the most common story Ann hears. A patient brings up psilocybin or cannabis to a doctor who will not engage, and they are left to figure it out alone, on Reddit, or from a budtender who is not a clinician. Psychedelic Solutions exists to close that gap with an actual medical conversation.
Three ways to start
Psychedelic Counseling is a $200 consultation built around your medication list and your questions about psilocybin. Psilocybin Facilitation is licensed, legal facilitation in Oregon once you are ready to move forward. Cannabis Consulting is a medication-first review for anyone considering cannabis for pain, sleep, or anxiety. Every door starts with the same question: is this safe for you, on your medications, in your body?
How it works
Consultation, medication review, an individualized plan, and, if it fits, facilitation and integration afterward. Sometimes the honest answer at the end of a consultation is not yet, or not this way, and that answer is treated as a legitimate outcome, not a failure to sell you something.
What the research shows, and where it stops
Research from Johns Hopkins and NYU Langone suggests a single guided psilocybin session may meaningfully reduce depression and anxiety in people facing a serious illness, with effects that lasted for many participants at six-month follow-up. These were small, closely supervised clinical trials, not a guarantee of any individual result. Full citations and their limitations are on the evidence page.
